Returning or Exchanging Products
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase and would like to return or exchange your product, we are willing to except any product with tags and in original packaging back within 14 days of when it was received.
How to Return or Exchange

- If you would like to return your product for a full refund, the request for return must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your package. A return label will be sent to your email for you to send your order back.
- If you would like to exchange your product for a new size or different style, in your email please provide specific details of your request and you will be provided a return label and a link to process your exchange.
How to Package your Return or Exchange
- Simply reinsert your item in its original packaging back into the RePack and close with the provided sealing sticker.
- Print the return documents and place in the Eco-Document Pocket. Remove the large adhesive and stick the Eco-Document Pocket onto the RePack - make sure to not seal the top.
- Drop off the package at your local FedEx, UPS or DHL - whichever was indicated on your return documents.
Refund or Exchange
- If you are exchanging a product, once we receive confirmation from our shipping provider that your product has been dispatched back to our warehouse we will begin to process your exchange. Exchanges will be processed in 1-3 business days like our typical orders.
- If you are returning a product, once we receive your package back at our warehouse, you will be notified and we will begin to process your refund. Typically refunds will take 5-10 business days.
